Smoked Salmon Hash
Smoked salmon tossed with onions and jalapeños, on a bed of cheddar grits, with salsa and toast or biscuit. GF

Spanish Frittata
Open-faced omelet with white cheddar topped with sauteed artichokes, black olives, tomatoes, spinach, our signature potatoes and feta. Served with a side of balsamic vinaigrette.

Brunch Special

Poached Egg Florentine;
Toasted baguette slices topped with 2 poached eggs, served over a bed of spinach, sautéed onions, and tomatoes finished with home-made hollandaise sauce.  Smoked Salmon may be added to this dish.
